3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade sign up

July 18 from 9 am to 11 am

Broadmeadow School Doors 1 & 2

Returning player sign up: May 30 from 10 am to 12 pm.

Please bring:

birth certificate and copy
current physical and copy
registration fee

All documents mus tbe turned in by a parent or legal guardian. Birth certificate, current physical form and registration fee must be turned in at sign ups before any eupment is handed out.
